Antónia Lopes – Senior Business Manager (linkedin)

Born in Paris, France, to parents from Northern Portugal, Antónia has a strong background in international business. She holds a Master’s in International Business from SKEMA Business School, complemented by academic experiences in the United States and Brazil.

Her professional journey began as a Business Controller & Analyst at an multinational Engineering consultancy company, in Madrid, where she oversaw activities in the Iberian market. Later, she joined the Lisbon headquarters, as a Business Manager, taking on responsibilities in managing engineering teams.

Now, she embraces the launch of agap2 Indústria with the ambition of making the brand a driving force in the development of Portugal’s industrial sector. With an active, human, and supportive structure, she aims to help the group achieve a leading position in the national industry.

Maria Albuquerque – Business Manager (linkedin)

A Lisbon native, Maria holds a Master’s in Neuropsychology and is a member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association (OPP). She began her career as a Psychologist, later transitioning to the corporate sector, where she worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner before taking on the challenge of becoming a Business Manager.

At agap2 Indústria, her goal is to identify the right people for each industrial challenge, ensuring they feel fulfilled and motivated to meet daily demands. Her mission to develop skilled professionals and strong teams aligns with her ambition to contribute to the growth of Portugal’s industrial sector.
