Expertise:
Our consultant is the Purchasing Manager at the EV division and works on continuous engineering activities (double sourcing, parts obsolescence, client problems, etc.)
Advanced EPPI Water Loop Systems
Background:
Boehringer Ingelheim is developing a new EPPI water loop for a production building (animal health).
Expertise:
Our consultant worked as a project manager within the Engineering and Maintenance team at the LPA site and manages two strategic projects, from design to implementation monitoring to handover.
Optimizing Production
Background:
Benteler Automotive is entrusted for the industrialization of the Peugeot 508 II and the Citroën DS 7 Crossback.
Expertise:
Our consultant worked on optimising operating methods, work stations and process of hot-stamped chassis parts.
Engineering Third-Generation Nuclear Energy
Background:

Revolutionizing Tire Inspection
Background:
Michelin is a French tire manufacturer. Through some vision projects, they are developing cameras that can inspect tires as soon as they leave the over.
Expertise:
Our consultant discussed and drew up the specifications of the project in order to make it feasible. He also carried out tests in a pilot plant bringing before rolling it out worldwide.
